Refund & Return Policy


We take quality and packaging seriously and have processed thousands of successful orders. To keep the process fair and misuse-free, we follow a strict refund and return policy.


🚫 No Easy Returns / No-Questions-Asked Refunds


We do not offer easy or no-questions-asked refunds or returns.


Refunds and returns are considered only in extremely rare and exceptional cases, where the issue is clearly caused from our end (such as a damaged or incorrect product).



❌ What Is NOT Eligible for Refunds or Returns


Refunds or returns will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

If you do not like the product after delivery

If the product does not match personal expectations

Minor design or finish variations (handcrafted / product photography differences)

Delay caused by courier, address issues, or missed delivery attempts

Change of mind after delivery



📦 Mandatory Unboxing Video (No Video = No Refund)

A clear, continuous unboxing video from sealed package to product reveal is mandatory.

The video must be unedited, uninterrupted, and recorded before opening the parcel.

No unboxing video = No refund or return, under any circumstances.


This helps us verify claims quickly and fairly.



⏱ Refund Request Timeline

Refund or return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests raised after 48 hours will not be entertained.



📦 Product Condition Requirement

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Any signs of usage, damage after delivery, or missing packaging will void eligibility.



💳 Refund Processing

Refunds are processed only after verification and approval.

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Partial COD / convenience fees are non-refundable in all cases.
