We do not offer easy or no-questions-asked refunds or returns.
Refunds and returns are considered only in extremely rare and exceptional cases, where the issue is clearly caused from our end (such as a damaged or incorrect product).

📦 Mandatory Unboxing Video (No Video = No Refund)
• A clear, continuous unboxing video from sealed package to product reveal is mandatory.
• The video must be unedited, uninterrupted, and recorded before opening the parcel.
• No unboxing video = No refund or return, under any circumstances.
This helps us verify claims quickly and fairly.

• Refund or return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• Requests raised after 48 hours will not be entertained.

📦 Product Condition Requirement
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
• Any signs of usage, damage after delivery, or missing packaging will void eligibility.

• Refunds are processed only after verification and approval.
• If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Partial COD / convenience fees are non-refundable in all cases.
